Deshawn Wynn is back!/Lumpkin to IR

Post#1 » by Buck You » Sat Oct 11, 2008 6:01 pm

A league source tells PFT that Packers running back Kregg Lumpkin will miss the rest of the season. Lumpkin has been out since Week 3 with a hamstring injury, although he was listed as questionable on this week’s injury report. It’s not clear what happened to set Lumpkin back.

Well that will turn around the season.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Cool, Wynn flashed a lot of potential last year. I'm glad Thompson kept him on the PS. I hope he can do more for the pack then Lumpkin did.

He kept him on the practice squad because no one else wanted him. Yeah he flashed a couple of moments of good play last year but if we're counting on him to help us this season we're in trouble.

What are you talking about - Lumpkin gained 19 yds on the only carry he got and had 3 pass receptions. The kid beat out vets. He's a real prospect. Wynn?? I'm glad to take a 2nd look and hope he fulfills his potential which is vast but he got cut early for a reason. He's delivered nuthin so far.

This team got rid of the wrong guys. Everyone is getting injured and we let Herron and Morency go... Geez.

Yeah Herron and Morency are so good all 31 teams passed when we cut them.

He was cut early because he was injured almost all of MC & TC, and we had a lot of competition at that spot.

He delivered nuthin?? I seem to remember a very good game from him last year against the Giants Week 2. Wynn has more potential, so I hope he can prove his keep for next year. By the way 19 yards in 5 weeks is saying something don't you think?
