Are these trades veto worthy??

1. Ben Gorden, J.R. Smith for Andrei Kirlenko (guy trading Kirlenko wants more guards and 3 point shooting)

2. Marcus Camby for Ray Allen, Grant Hill (same guy trading Camby for the same reason)

I realize he's trading for needs, but I feel its too lopsided.

The first one looks very fair to me.

The second one is a bit loopsided and he probably could get something more in return for a top-10 player like Camby but if he believes that his rebounds and blocks will take a significant hit with Kaman and also with age/inury concerns,I think he may agree on that deal.I wouldnt have done it but I think it is not veto worthy.

Camby is very injury prone too, but I wouldn't trade him for Ray Allen.
Bad trade close but not veto worthy.
