SW's Thoughts:
-The Blackhawks offense has only been able to muster 2 goals in each of the first 3 games. When will John McDonough and company change the Blackhawks' slogan to "Two Goals"?
-Thank goodness we had the red carpet thing before the home opener on Monday. Too bad the team didn't show up for the game.
-Chicago teams have not fared well so far in the month of October. The Cubs went 0-3 in hilarious fashion as usual in their playoff series, the White Sox went 1-3 in their playoff series against the Rays, the Blackhawks have started their promising year 0-2-1, the Bulls are 0-3 so far in preseason, and the Bears have gone 1-1 so far in the month of October. The only good news out of this is we haven't had to deal with "A.J." coming onto our boards pretending he is a fan of one of our teams.
-Speaking of A.J. the New York Rangers have started their season 5-0-0. If A.J. is reading this the Rangers board here is in need of a poster and a bandwagon fan.
-Khabibulin will get the started tonight and thank goodness for this. If another puck goes through Huet's legs I may have to kill a kitten. Good thing that won't be tonight.
-Obviously I am copying WEFFPIM's format for his game threads because Chicago Sports has been a joke this month so I have plenty of "hilarious" thoughts but I do want to know if he really did eat fire after the Brewers went to the playoffs this year or is that just a Bucks thing?

1. You're not the only one to copy my format. trwi7 has and one other on the Brewers board, but no one gives me credit. So, thanks for at least copyrighting me.
2. You are also only the third person to call me out on my name, timd did in the Fantasy Hockey draft, ReddBogutCharlieV did on AIM. It was meant for both, but I did not consume any fire with either team. MickeyDavis, the Bucks mod (well, the one that matters) said a halftime show would be devoted to me during Game 3 of the Bucks-Pistons playoff series a few year back, but nothing ever materialized. As for the Brewers, I did go to Game 3, and did consume a few alcohols I never had before, and did it while tailgating at a gas station, so I almost could have.
3. I see you dancing around the Blackhawks board on their website now, SW, but can you see me? If I'm still on your AIM, then you should have found me by now. In fact, I think you used one of my jokes on there for your third bulletpoint.

Khabi needs to start in St. Louis as well. For not even playing in the preseason he looks pretty damn good.
