Its the standard 12 team 9 cat roto league (fg, ft, pts, rebs, blks, 3s, ast, st, blk, to)

great trades, you basically upgrade your talent level by one round in both transactions. I'd probably punt FT% and look to improve on the other cats.

Since it is roto,I'd NOT recommend punting any cat.Kaman and Brand have respectable ft%,only Howard is a major drag but if you can swap J-Rich for a shooting guard with good ft%(K-Mart would be ideal) then with the huge volume free throw attempts by him would make you at least competitive in that category.PP could be another option as well.
