This is one of those rare games where everyone looks good (except Jack)

Love seeing 4 Blocks by Hibbert. Great line from him. Lots of players look great tonight. Hope we're gelling a bit.

McRoberts with the Tomahawk jam! I love the preseason!

Hibbert with 12 pts 12 reb and 4 blks. Another good game. Rush also seems to be doing well. 17 pts 5 reb 3 asst. and 2 blks. I think this is probably the two best rookies we have had in a LONG time. Even Danny didn't do this well. Rush, in my opinion, could be another Granger or possibly even better. And I truly believe Hibbert could be a top center in this league 3 to 5 years from now. I know this is preseason but they both show they have the skills to carry this over into the season. If they can get the minutes they should be very productive.

So far its looking like Toronto got FLEECED. JO has been "adjusting" to Toronto, Nathan Jawai is ill, while TJ and Hibby have continued to impress.

Its at the point, that I would have traded JO for Hibbert straight up, knowing what I know now. Even if Hibbert had the same salary as JO. With his youth and JO's injury history I would have done it. I am starting to think Hibbert COULD be a top 5 C in the league. This guy has been amazing.

I'm not saying anything about top whatever center or the JO trade or anything, but I am impressed with these rookies. I'm certainly not impressed with Jarrett Jack, but I think this Pacers team could be scary. I realize Hibbert is having success in the preseason, but he is far and away the best option we have for scoring in the paint, and if he can keep even a sliver of this up...yeah, we are going to sneak up on people.

At this point, I think we're looking at a very up and down season. It still doesn't seem like the team has really gelled yet. Teams often develop a character, and so far we haven't had enough time to really get everyone up to speed with each other.

It'll be interesting to see when the gears get locked and loaded what we look like.

I think its a little too early to be passing any kind of judgment on the trade. I watch both Raptor preseason games and Pacer preseason games, I have seen no "adjusting" in JO's game, he has looked great so far in a Raptor uniform.

JO is a franchise player, Roy HIbbert has had a couple good preseason games, lets keep things in perspective.

That being said could this preseason game have gone any better? Dunleavy came back and looked good, the rookies played great and TJ Ford looks comfortable at the point. I know its preseason but I feel alot better about going into the season after watching this game.

Today's games pretty much show why jumping to conclusions during pre-season is silly.

To be fair to Roy, he only played 15 minutes and he has shown in the preseason that his production gets better the longer he plays.

i bet you that has no ties to the fact that most starters tend to be out the longer the game goes on.

I wouldn't mind already having a game thread to give us something to talk about. Dunleavy is out, that's all I know. Does Detroit have any significant injuries?
