Clipper fan here.

It was the battle of the benches and simply put, you guys outplayed us mightily. It sounded like an ugly game, but good minutes for the rookies and such.

Yeah it's good to see the rooks for both teams get extended minutes. This is what the preseason is for anyway.

So now we're 0-4 when Shaq plays and 2-0 when he doesn't, that's fuggin scary!
Also note that Shaq's team lost the intrasquad scrimmage.

No, it wasn't a battle of benches.

Not a single guy in the Suns starting lineup for this game will be starting on opening night. The Clips on the other hand had Caveman/Thorton/Ricky Davis starting.

It was a battle of a pure bench team vs a team missing a couple (or 3 at most) starters. Kudos to our scrubs for pulling off the W.

"Dragic had a nice line - 35mins, 10points 8 assists 7 rebounds 3 steals on 3/7 shooting". This is a nice stat linefor dragic. It looks like he is feeling more comfortable out there with the ball in his hands. Keep up the good play backup.

2nd of all, nice to see Diaw grow a pair and pull down a double double with 14-10. Im a little surprise that he only hand 1 ast, but he at least stepped up.

Is the kind of player Diaw is going to be? One game score and rebound, next game pass and rebound and play D?

Keys to this season. Im not as worried about Dragic as of now. I kown its early, but he is showing solid improvment each game and showing he can play PG. Our old guys staying healthy, but more specificly, can Shaq be in good enought shape to move around and stay healthy? Can Robin play solid D without fouling out too fast? Can Hill stay healthy, same with nash. I could put more, but these are the things that concern me the most.

If you wanna get into technicalities, Ricky Davis is NOT a starter (Mobley's the starting SG) and Amare is (though he came off the bench).
