i do not think dirk really fits the team. with carmelo, dwight, crawford, and jefferson, I think you should ditch turnovers. Dirk is a very fantasy efficient player and with that you should try to trade for a stat sheet stuffer

We need to know how many teams are in your league, and the perameters of the league, but in general I'd say you need some help in the guard department.

As a general rule of thumb... 3rd round pick - 1st round pick = number of picks in 2 rounds... so divide that by 2 for number of teams.
31-7 = 24 / 2 = 12 teams.
Knowing what the positions and h2h/roto is important though.
