Taylor/Gordon/Thornton/Skinner/Kaman are the starters tonight.

Shooting woes continue for us. We're down 31-18 shooting just under 28%. We had 8 first quarter turnovers.

This team is offensively challenged. Not having Baron and Marcus doesn't help but Dun will have to do a better job at getting his players to become more efficient.

The Blazers have too much size for the Clippers with Camby out. Oden, Przybilla and Frye are dominating the paint and guys like Hart can't hit an outside shot.

Oden is having a big game, double double already. I'm listening to a Eugene station, they say this is his best game so far in preseason.

I am tired of listening to these other teams' announcers. I haven't been able to get good reception locally for the past few games.

61-49 Blazers at the end of the 3rd. We got out to an 11-0 run to start the quarter, but Portland quickly recovered and built their lead back up to 12. Thornton had a great start, and Mobley hit a few shots but he also had a few unfortunate turnovers.

I'm listening to the Blazers broadcast too. Did I just hear them say Mobley doesn't look like he wants to be a Clipper anymore and they should get rid of him?

Yes you did and I was a little shocked to hear that come out of his mouth. That's a strong assumption to make after 3 quarters of basketball, but that color guy has irked me the whole game.

Yeah, this is what I heard from the Blazers color man. They seem to think he is blaming teammates for some of his turnovers, like a hard inside pass that Kaman couldn't control.

Now they're saying Eric Gordon isn't a proven shooter from the outside and that Bayless has a much brighter future. Man these guys are a riot!

Now Gordon isn't consistent enough as a scorer, how many games has this color man seen Gordon play in? Hopefully the rest of the preseason games will be on 710 AM.

Maybe he can live up to the hype of being a #7 overall pick though. This guy is terrible.

Well, he's sort of right but not for the reasons he thinks. :lol:
