I've watched the Cavs last 2 preseason games and while Williams may not be the answer for the Cavs, he is definitely appears to be a very good answer for them thus far. It is only preseason but he brings something they have not had thus far in the LeBron era.

I really liked what he is bringing in. Pushing the ball for the best transition player ever(Bron), can shoot, can drive, can dish!

Agree with all the above and would like to add that Mo doesn't seem intimidated by LB nor does he totally defer to him. On the other hand, LB seems fine with that (unlike with Hughes) and they appear to get along well. I've noticed they always seem to be sitting together when on the bench and talking and laughing. Maybe it's mutual respect..like Michael and Scottie had but I'm looking forward to an exciting season. Glad Mo's here and glad we could also keep Delonte.

If yesterdays game was any indication the Cavs passing of the ball is going to be the best its ever been. It actually looked like they were running an offense.

i thinkin this year could be special im really liking our back court with williams west and gibson. oh yeah we also have lebron good defense a trade chip and expierings for the trade deadline.

Mo Williams addition without a doubt has added a new dimension to the CAVs since he gives another player who can create his own shoot while running the team which takes a lot of pressure off of Lebron. With the improvements of West and Gibson in handling the ball -- the CAVs weakness in the back court is becoming a strength.

Williams represents the missing ingredient in Brown's offensive brew. He handles the ball well, can drive through the paint and, more important, he can create his own shot, taking some pressure off No. 23.

Even Williams, however, recognizes that there's more to the team than himself and James.

''You've got guys that can come off our bench and start and play significant minutes in the starting position,'' he said. ''We're going to have a dedicated team; we're going to have a team that has one goal in mind. We're not competing against each other; we're competing against the other team. The worst thing that could happen to us is if we start competing against one another.''

Good point I noticed that as well. Whenever Lebron sits out, Mo immediately looks to take control of the game too.

He is like what Hughes SHOULD have been, a viable second option who can consistently produce

I have only watched a little bit of preseason, but really liked what I saw from Mo. I especially like the pick and pop game he can play with Z. With LeBron playing off the ball, that play will be open on alot of the time. It's music to my ears that we'll try to push the tempo when we can, since LBJ is unstoppable on the break. I am very glad that we've added a career 85% FT shooter to the lineup as well. We'll see just how good of a fit this is in the coming weeks. I think Ferry made his best move as GM yet. Lets hope he has another good deal waiting around the deadline.

I'm pretty sure that is the case with everyone. I could give examples from last night in fact. He lost the ball brining it upcourt 2 times consecutively in the 4th quarter but he also buried a tough 3 to take the deficit from 6 to 3 and give the Cavs a chance.

Mo played best when he was aggressive. When he started deferring to Lebron he struggled.

Lebron will have to avoid his tendency to want to dominate the ball late in games. I like to see him get touches obviously, but in the 1st half the offense was flowing great because he was making cuts off the ball and letting others handle the ball.

I think he will be a solid upgrade once he gets more comfortable.

Actually, I don't think LeBron had the ball enough in the 4th quarter. But, it was definitely the normal MO for the Cavs.
