Will the Hawks cut either Mario West or Thomas Gardner so we can fill the roster with a position of need like a backup Smallforward who can shoot, or backup big with a little size 250lbs+.

I think our rotation of bigs is set. With Horford and Smoove backed up by Solo and ZAZA.
Randolph actually fits the description of a 250lb+ backup with size.

Mo Evans is actually a better fit at SF with his size and shooting (though is there really a functional differnece btwn SG and SF?).

So Mario West being there doesnt really cause a glut. We actually have the perfect mix of bigs and smalls. And the 11th and 12th guys might as well be young, unproven talent since they'll rarely see Playing Time in Woodson's rotation.

I'm guessing Thomas "The Constant" Gardner will be gone by the deadline and they'll hold a spot open for a forward on the waiver wire.

I wouldn't mind a guy like the International Man of Mystery, Austin Croshere, to push Solo for scarce minutes. Indy may bring him back, though, if they can get a taker for Tinsley before the deadline.
