He's a better shooter and rebounder, but his huge expiring contract is what I'm after.

Why? What RFA or UFA is going to want to come to a small market team that has a "shaky" front office and is still a long way off playing for rings?

The only guys you'll attract will be the ones you seriously have to over pay for and are the ones that in 3 years time you are left wondering how you are going to get out of the 60 million and 3 years left on their contract.

Boozer!! I know he has ties to south beach or whatever, but his family is in this area and comes to see him play when he's here. He would fix that little PF problem we've got, that's for sure. 2009 could look like this:

Felton
J-Rich
Dudley or Ammo
Boozer
Okafor

Scoring shouldn't be a problem then!

Ya, but at what price? You want to end up playing someone like Boozer $20 mil a year for the next 5 years?

That's what it would take and a guy like Boozer here and he and his contract isn't worth being handcuffed to IMO.
