Proof that History Repeats Itself and People Don't Learn

Post#1 » by canman1971 » Tue Oct 28, 2008 9:17 pm

Don't these idiots ever learn? What did they say last year about our bench? It was weak, no depth, blah blah blah and we lose Posey, who we had last year, who apparently didn't make the "experts" go, "oh yes, that Posey is a vital part of the team. But now this year, our bench is in trouble because of the lose of the guy who last year wasn't going to provide depth? How do these morons keep their jobs?

trey (Hoover, AL): With the Celtics losing Posey and no truly backup point guard, do you think the combo of Walker/Giddeon be enough to offset the lost of Posey? Is Pruitt finally ready to handle the backup pg spot? I think we are going to miss what Posey did for our team and I still feel nerves about our backup center position. Come on man, Patrick O'Bryant.

SportsNation Chad Ford: No, two rookies aren't going to replace Posey. I think Walker, especially, has a future in the NBA, but that's asking a lot from a rookie with just one full year of college experience under his belt. I think that either Tony Allen or Leon Powe will have to be the guy who steps up. I think Boston will be good, but I am worried about their depth. It's a little scary.

That guy spelled Giddens wrong. I wouldn't get bent out of shape about Chad Ford, how that r-tard has a job still, is beyond me.

When Glen Davis gets minutes playing this way, the bench isn't perfect.

Of course, it is just the beginning of the season.

And let's see Tony Allen play well for a full half-season before getting confident in relying on him.

Yeah I remember how that thin bench KILLED us against teams with much deeper and better benches like Atlanta, Cleveland, Detroit, and LA last year...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!
