He was hurt. think he missed most of the pre season. But the Nuggets looked better than I thought they would minus Camby and Melo. I think they will be better than most people think. Better than the Blazers even. I think it was smart for them to just say screw defense and throw it up.

Blazers looked like a minor league team against Lakers.
I was totally unable to figure out what Nate McMillan's pretend of his players; it looked like a coachless team...

"DJ and PK talk about the Worl Series playng in winter like tempretuers and how cold the Tamp team looked. DJ questioned the Jazz defense and the 16 turnovers and being early signs of future struggles. PK told him to settle down because there is no reason to panic after 1 game. DJ sees the same team that had several bad losses last year and could turn the ball over at an alarming rate."

Don't you realize those guys have to come up with something to talk about on the radio, so they had to have something bad to talk about. DJ, though I like his odd couple routine with PK, is sometimes not the most visionary person. Good for you finding a buddy, but I'll still be ignorantly happy about a good win.
