I made this video about the newest Rocket Ron Artest you seen his performance last night against the Dallas Mavericks. This is a great pick up for the Rockets. Checkout my Video on the Newest Rocket.

When will Battier comes back??

How about we start Battier, T Mac, Ron Ron, Scola and Yao

T-Mac may never be the scorer he once was..that's fine..but he is our best pg here...A Brooks still need more time to develop...

Should we explore a deal to deal Head + Francis + Alston??
Imagine if Battier n Ron on the court at the same time!! Take Mavs for example, Ron can lock down Dirk and Battier would be able to take care of J Howard..scary!

Rafer Alston isn't going anywhere... To include Alston in that package reveals that you haven't followed the playoffs last year or much of the preseason. There's a reason why Alston is still a Rocket.

IMO Artest should come off the bench when Battier comes back , he can have all the touches he wants in the last 1st quarter early 2nd quarter , the same with 3rd quarter and 4th quarter and just finish all the game with Yao an dT-Mac together.

I agree with you, Shay. I must admit, though, that watching Ron get steals (or almost get steals) to start each game so far has been a blast.

No that doesn't make sense. Bring Battier off the bench to take out T-mac earlier. Really the Rockets need Deke. If they get him back then Yao and T-mac can go out at the same time and then you can bring in Battier and Deke to play along with Artest. That means you still have firepower on the court and offense.

Don't think that's a good idea because with Artest and McGrady on the court at the same time creates a lot of mismatches. If your the opposing team who do you choose to guard? McGrady or Artest? Not to mention he creates a lot more double teams when driving to the basket and just sets the overall tempo of the game (remember the full court pressure in the beginning of the games, the steals?). When Battier returns this team is just going to become much more stronger on the perimeter.

So somehow this turned into another Battier vs. Artest thread.

For a second I thought it would be a "trade Rafer" thread.

Thank god for small miracles.

No no no it's cut Rafer, fire Rick and trade Hayes. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
