To be honest, I doubt he makes the team. But best of luck to him, and I of course hope he plays well enough to make the team. I just don't see it happening.

Super solid QB in college; really turned my opinion of him around and I was a supporter for his Senior season. But I just don't think he has the tools to make it in the pros. But I guess we'll see. He could prove me wrong again.

the packers will probably show him off in an exhibition so that he can try to catch on with somebody. As camp fodder goes, he's as good as anybody.

i dont know why everyone hates on stocco he has made tremendous strides since his early days...even after loosing 3 of his passing targets to the pros he still put up great numbers. i dont see how this isnt a nice 3rd qb. you guys are jumping on him like we are trying him out to succeed farve. ive watched him ever since he came into college football and stats wise and opinon wise he is one of the top qbs to ever play at wisconsin.

You're right. Hubbard, Beckum, and Swan were a terrible recieving corps. Beckum led all TE's in the nation in recieving. Hubbard and Swan each had 600 yards. Not to mention 5 TD's from all 3 players. What was I thinking? Stocco carried that team .

The Brewers aren't proven either. Doesn't mean they aren't really good.[/b]

Not saying they didn't turn out to be good but the 3 of them combined for ONE catch prior to last year.

You can't just give Stocco a little bit of credit for getting them the ball?

Very true. They were unproven. But I think we all can agree that not many people had the weapons Stocco had these last couple of years.

^And Beckum spent the previous season on D. Stocco had a damn fine year.

Regardless, he was a solid college QB but he simply isn't good enough to play in the NFL.

Agreed. Almost no athleticism to escape when the pocket collapses. Decent arm, nothing special though but he had a damn fine college career and got a degree from a great university which is more than 95% of people can say.
