If someone gives you steals and blocks, then they are no longer a scrub. Very few players are good in both categories. Blocks are easier to find off waivers, look at guys like Darko or Amir Johnson. Steals are harder, very few players get a bunch of steals.

For both, you're gonna be looking at guys like Ben Wallace and Paul Milsapp. Or try to trade for a guy like Travis Outlaw.

More info? How many teams? Who's available? Rudy is possibly one of the best pickups in most leagues. And as andonewheel said, there aren't many scrubs who will give you both. You will need to trade for top/mid tier guys like Josh Smith, Artest, Dwight, AK...

Give Darrell Arthur a shot. He's a good gamble for blocks and steals.

The elite options are Marion, J. Smith, Granger, Gay, R. Wallace, and G. Wallace. I might have missed a few.

Guys like Moon, Battier, and Kenyon Martin are proven and can be had fairly cheaply. If you want some upside, try Tyrus Thomas or Wilson Chandler. Maybe Nicolas Batum or Dorrell Wright in very deep leagues. Ben Wallace if you're desperate and don't mind his low ceiling and poor offense.

jump on petro

he'll give u 1.4stl+ and 1blk /game add it few points and rebound

he is a HUGE steal, people have been under rating him.

he decided to pass on the french national team this summer so he could spend time working out with the coaching staff (tony parker advise him to do so so he could get in PJ's good book)

i see him putting thoses stats

8-10 pts, 6-8 reb, 1.4 stl ,1 blk

a C who can give u 1.4stl+ is huge in fantasy
