yeah I agree that if things would have worked out he'd be the perfect compliment to Big Al. athletic, intimidating shotblocker, decent rebounder, range on his J out to the 3 point line... it is so sad what happened to him. RIP Eddie G. you didn't deserve to die so young.

He was a great shot blocker, but he needed to cut down on his threes. He would've been great off the bench

It was a tragic ending to a talented young mans life. We all knew he had his demons, just never thought it would of ended that way.

Eddie Griffin would the perfect basketball compliment to nobody. His typical stat line looked like this: DNP Coach's Decision.

Even at 6'10", his highest field goal percentage over the course of a season was 40%.
