reviewing penalties..

Post#1 » by HarlemHeat37 » Mon Nov 3, 2008 12:06 am

can the NFL finally **** review penalties in games? it's getting ridiculous..we won a game vs. San Diego that was significantly affected by refs and a stupid rule..we lost a game vs. Jacksonville and now to Miami, due to TERRIBLE calls by refs..San Diego has been screwed multiple times this season..I see at least 5 bad calls every game, especially on PI..

can the NFL finally make it reviewable? it takes away a lot from the game..

The dumbest thing is what happened to the Falcons last week. Clearly wasn't a muffed punt, but because the Falcons had no timeouts and there were over 2 minutes left in the game the call couldn't be challenged. They won't review penalties, but they could at the very least have the college rule where every play is under review.

yup, that Atlanta play was absolutely terrible..

the college rule is the one I would put in..I hear much less complaining then the NFL, where fans are complaining every week, and rightfully so..it's ridiculous..

How about the bullsh+t call on Tuck for sacking Bollinger today? Yeah, it was a blowout but that call led to a cowboys td. In a close game this would have been covered all over the place.

Eh, bad calls are just an unfortunate part of the game. They always have been, always will be. I think we just notice and talk about them more now then we did before.

That having been said, Im all for them reviewing penalties, it'll never happen though.
Im pretty freakin awesome........

yea that call is embarrassing for the league, they should fine themselves and apologize to tuck for giving him that flag
