The Oklahoma City Thunder collected their first official regular season win as a franchise Sunday night, defeating the Minnesota Timberwolves 88-85.

Nick Collison had a solid night for the Thunder with 10 points, 10 rebounds and three steals.

Congrats, definately a good sign to get the first win on the board early in the season, and Minnesota aren't that bad this year too. I do think your team needs to back the fan base and trade some expirings at the deadline for another legit scoring option, preferably a big.

Nice victory. The wolves aren't an amazing team, but as Al Jefferson said... they should've beaten us. They're decent and have some good players. There were several positive things in the game and hopefully we can continue down the winning path and get some more decent wins this year!

Historic... not in impressiveness... but in significance.

Having the first win of our basketball team's history is definitely historic... not league changing, but a fun milestone nonetheless

I think everyone on both sides of the fence (among fans) pretty much agreed that this team and it's fan base won't and shouldn't claim the history of the seattle sonics... This was discussed at length in a few other topics.
