McDyess refuses to play for Denver, can Mavs sign him?

I read this from their board. and Denver may have to buy out McDyess.

If this happens, do you guys want him on mavs roster?

I think he is a good player, and will provide some post-basket offense.

id like him, im sure if he doesnt go right back to the pistons we'll show up on the list of teams interested in him and then he'll make some off handed remark about our team and we'll all get pissed at him for sh*tting on us

I think Denver would be much, much better to trade him for Stack or Rose or some other expiring than to buy McDyess out. I would not mind having him for Stack, but as long as we have Bass, I would not be hurt if we did not get him.

Nuggets could easily get a expiring contract for McDyess than Stack 2 yr partial contract and they wouldnt want to send him to Dallas and help us out. Even with Bass, McDyess can still be helpfully compared to Stackhouse.

tell me how McDyess helps get this team over the hump and into the Finals then I'll consider it.

I am hearing all over the news how McDyess will be released and will resign with Detroit. Even someone from Detroit front office says that. WHY is this OK for it to happen in Detroit but last year when we were going to trade Stackhouse and have him return everyone threw a hissy fit and said that the Mavs were illegally making a deal?

This trade should be nixed like ours was or McDyess should not be allowed to return to Detroit.

why? becoz stack has a big mouth and was an idiot :evil:
