Devin looks like a wangster out there. Step it up son.

And Frank is a terrible coach. Dude's offensive sets are atrocious to watch.

Simmons was actually a pretty good player once before he got hurt. I had wanted him in NJ for awhile while he was with the Clips.

Wow...looking at boxscore. Looks like an ugly game for the Nets.

1st half was pretty good.

3rd quarter meh.

4th quarter was unwatchable.

how the hell does anybody have a 93% quarter? They dont even make 93% in pregame warmups

and once again, devin was lost and his passes are all over the place. Add that to the fact that he's ice cold and it gave us a lot of ground to make up.

I like the assertiveness of 2 rooks, Ryan and Brook. Ryan going right at amare and brook blocking him looked like it left him a little confused or surprised. haha.

I thought Yi played up to par, but you can tell his post game needs a lot of work. Can't complain about his effort though.

Jarvis was way off today and considering his spotty defense, he was generally a liability along with keyon's inexplicable shot selection. But it was good to see some shots fall for bobby simmons finally.

And finally, sean got some time, and you have to like the way he looks like he's out to prove something the way he ripped that offensive board away from Yi. Yi probably would have been in better position to put the ball back in the basket but it's good to see that sean's head is in the right place. I don't know if he sent the message he wanted to but the way boone played, he might have helped himself a little bit.

Is it just me that thinks Vince should be shooting more? He's shooting 50% fg in the 3 games and he should be taking more than 14-15 shots each game, he should be 20+ imo. It would also help his teammates, if Vince is being more assertive and more aggresive he can draw double teams.

While watching this game I couldn't help but think about NBA Live from a few years ago.

You know the opposition lighting it up for a 70 something % clip from the floor and like 104% from 3.

I haven't played live in so long.

Back on topic, what's going on with Anderson? Is this another one of those Frank issues? It seems like I'd look at the boxscore in the first quarter/half and it looks like he's having a fairly decent game. Some points, a three, some rebounds, blocks, steal, assists, and then I watch the boxscore throughout the night and he gets zero minutes after the half.

agree completely. This is a major gripe I have with Frank's schemes. Too many times we see VC standing in the corner and the ball not even touching his hands on possessions. VC should touch the ball EVERY time on offense. His passing is better than Devin, his shot is the best on the team, and he draws double/triple teams ALL the time. He needs 20+ shots a game.
