ytf did edison volquez get votes?.... hes not a rook!...... and even though aaron cook had a terrible finish... i think he should had some 3rd place votes (correct me if im wrong but isnt he a rook?)

i got an email yesterday from cubs.com that had "Vote Soto for Rookie of the Year" in the subject

i deleted it, that would be a case where my vote doesn't mean anything
