Re: Kaman
This makes no sense to me. He's a young, talented center on a reasonable contract. Whether the Clips are trying to win now with Baron or looking towards the future Kaman fits.
What are they thinking? That they wanna play more up tempo? Maybe that he's their best asset so they can maybe get 2-3 good pieces for him? *shrug*

If this is true (which I doubt) Utah needs to make this happen.

Re: Kaman
if there is some truth to it, i want it to be chicago, they can possibly get a gordon + another big man for kaman. kaman would fill the need for a post up player.
the clips can run and gun with baron and another great scorer like ben gordon.

Re: Kaman
I understand that Kaman and Camby are too similar but how does it make any sense to trade the what 26 year old Center whose entering his prime while leaving the 35 year old with only a couple good years left.... The Clippers should build around Kaman, Davis, and Thornton, and Camby shouldn't be in their future plans.

Re: Kaman
If I'm Chicago with the chance to get a solid BIG like Kaman BG is the 2nd to last person on the team I would want to trade for him first being Rose. I would love to see Kaman in Chi town but for BG I wouldn't because they could compliment each other and Gordon is a rare Jump Shooter in the L that actually hits his jump shots. With Kaman drawing attention down low it would just open up the floor for him more.
Tyrus Thomas should be included in the deal so that Chi could go with a Noah/Kaman front court. One deal that works is Thomas and Gooden for Kaman and J.Hart. This would solve 2 of Chicagos current problems. Need for a inside impact player and a serviceable back up PG in Hart. The Clippers get a Solid player in Gooden to pair with Camby in the front court in Gooden and a player who I think could play well in a different system in LAC in Thomas.

It's the Clippers. Once they lost Brand they should have gone to rebuild mode and made some sign and trades. Instead they went for B.Diddy who is a great player but is being wasted in LAC, they got a steal for Camby but he doesn't fit their system on O and is older, then signed R.Davis. These are players who for other teams I would think would be a steal. Considering that I don't see how they could really help todays Clippers is not a good thing. The Clippers could have gone to rebuild mode around Thorton and E.Gordon and started to build something great that they would just fvk up in 3 years anyway.
To be honest, I lost any hope for the Clippers organization. Dunleavy has alot of work to do as a new GM. Wouldn't be suprised to see Indy get in the mix trying to offer MDJR for Kaman.
