This is a big blow. I see a lot of Millsap/Boozer frontcourt time, but we'll probably see 5-15mpg from either Kosta or Fess. This is not that bad, though, because there isn't a real quality center coming up on this road trip until big Z in cleveland. Dalembert has been playing awfully bad, the Wiz don't have one period, the Bobcats masquerade a PF as a C, and even Big Z hasn't been getting much burn. The Cavs have been playing more small ball lately, too. Our starting top level play should stay the same. Its now a matter of what happens in those 5-15mpg that we are forced to play one of our young guys. Here's to hoping.

Apparently, he's busy getting himself deported, so he's a no-go.

I so wish we had a 27 year-old Tag right now. He'd be a perfect back-up on this team.

Let's sign Darius Miles to a 10-day contract. I think that if we sign Darius Miles, and he proves he can play, then the Portland Trailblazers would be obliged to pay him under their salary sheet. I heard this is this way, because when they signed waivers on him, it is because the man shouldn't be able to play, and if he proves he should be able to play, then the organization cheated on his contract.

On the positive side, I think this will give AK a chance to play at the 4, where he is best IMO...

On Sunday, I will pray in the Church of Okur for a speedy return and all well...

I had a dream, in which you posted this, and then we were all blessed with a win tonight, and an angel appeared, her name was Yeliz, and she said to me in a soothing... "Be still."

The Jazz had scheduled Fesenko's visa appointment for an East Coast trip in which he was expected to be little-used. But with Okur leaving for Turkey unexpectedly, Fesenko's representatives were working late Monday to postpone the appointment in the hopes he could play.
"I think it's such an important opportunity for him," said Jason Levien, Fesenko's agent. To resolve the visa issues, Fesenko must leave the country before re-entering.

Poor Fez, these few games are a big missed opportunity for him to show what he can do in an actual game.

So whats ur impression about Kosta? i think he played fairly well, and i am sure that can produce much more with minutes given, but i only saw the box score not the game.

Koufos worked well and didn't look lost.
He needs to develop better body balance so he can box people out of the basket on D more efficiently (IMHO this is only because he's just a kid yet and will dissappear sooner than later)...
He's big, go real high to block shots, has more than decent athletcism, didn't dissappear in the cltutch, didn't hesitate to take important shots (he made a couple BIG ones) ... and his teammates showed confidence about throwing the ball to him even down the stretch...
If allowed I think THIS SEASON he'll contribute A LOT
