Is Ariza the real deal?

What do you guys think, is he a lock to get minutes off the bench now? Lakers fans input would be appreciated.

I was just looking at his stats. Those steal numbers are very tempting, if he can average 2 a game that would be huge since steals are so hard to find off waivers.

His FT% is bad though. Should shoot a decent FG% and chip in close to a 3 a game.

I'm lacking steals in my league and I'm very tempted to pick him up, I'd like more input on this as well.
