No need to argue with the ones who don't like Yi or don't like Chinese basketball fans or even all the Chinese ppl...

Yi is a young player, we see his potential, he is improving his skills, and the Nets looks good so far, I think we all don't think or expect this team will make playoffs this year(maybe they will :P ), but we have had some very entertaining games already (ie vs Pistons), I think we will still have a lot of interesting games from now on. Maybe the Nets and Yi will have some hard time, and some of the fans will complain (and some of them might come from China), but as a Chinese basketball fan, I will always support Yi and his team. We are here for fun, I don't like, and I don't think one should try to prove they are much cleverer than the others.

The player that does come to mind everytime I see Yi play though is Keith Van Horn. They both have great shooting touches, both can rebound pretty well, both were defensive liabilities and they both like to raise there arms after making a three pointer. Both also have a tendency to do a fancy lay up instead of a hard rim rattling dunk.

big fan of KVH in the early days and his shot...but Yi's shot is definitely better...

And quoting Kobe to dis me, haha. Kobe now talking for you because you're not man enough? haha!!

Get a clue boys. If you claim your comments have nothing to do with racism then why identify "the Chinese fans" as the problem we must "deal with". And if Yi is such a bust then why chase his fans to this board to aggravate them (St Nick, RedBogutCV)? Talking about bad manners by Chinese fans? You guys are the ultimate bigots...

Because I never identified Chinese fans as something that must be dealt with? I never said Yi was a bust either. Honestly? Do you even read?
