This game should have never been close. Toronto had the opportunity to go up by 30 in the second quarter with the way Boston was playing, but they kept shooting themselves in the foot. You let a good team hang around and you get burnt. If you watched a lot of Boston games prior to last year, you know this well.
Toronto should worry more about their team's focus to put a game away rather than some questionable calls by the refs. That's the difference between and ok team and a good one.

Focus was the biggest problem for Toronto... its true. Toronto should've putt the game away early but like floyd said... they blew it. To be honest the KG thing on Jose was pretty infuriating as it was a tech but hey... if they're going to let him get away with that kind of thing I can't blame KG for acting all crazy. That was the moment in the game where Toronto completely fell apart and stopped executing. We didn't deserve to win in the end but a T on KG might have hindered their momentum... who knows.

Like I said before the game, I was hoping for a competitive game and it came down to the final minute. The most credit goes to Pierce, even though it was Kapono guarding him he still hit some tough shots and took us out hard in the end.

I just hope the Raps use this loss as a lesson on how to close out games.

There is nothing to say if both KG was called for a tech and Bosh was incorrectly allowed to be given a charge instead of a foul [which is was a defensive foul] that the Raptors would of had a chance of winning.

Hell we probuly just would of passed it to Ray for a three instead of Pierce laying the ball up. And we both know Ray doesn't miss open three pointers in the clutch [which is the spacing he was getting all night long off the picks since AP didn't fight through them hard enough on any of the plays in the fourth].

Also the refs didn't "reverse" any call on Bosh. They had a confrence to see what the call was, and it was demmed to be a defensive foul on Bosh. KG didn't walk over and say actually, I think that was defensive foul. And then the refs say "well if that's what KG thinks I guess he's right"

Is this in response to my post above? Why bring up the Bosh foul? I gave all the credit in the world to the C's for the win but wanted to point out my displeasure with that no call on KG. I could in turn point out some other call that I felt could've gone the other way and you would point out another and so on etc...

Anyway.... like I said, Raps didn't deserve to win the game based on how they played on both ends in the final quarter but I don't think KG's behaviour and some random charge/block are at all comparable or cancel each other out.
