He's looked at the ball so many times and done nothing

Rebounding is bourgeois.

But seriously, Amare needs to hit the boards.

What a poor effort tonight from our guys. Honestly, we almost lost the the Kings without their offensive guy. Just pathetic. I guarantee you the Lakers would've still handled their business without Kobe, Bynum and Odom.

Again for this game without our main distributer it's acceptable we run our game through Shaq as evident with his 6 assist. But Amare needs to get touches and take pressure off Shaq. It's really a give and take thing, they brough Shaq in the take pressure off and in doing so, take pressure off Shaq.

As ray ray pointed out, Shaq has looked great these last few games when we pretty much ran our offense through him. It's good to see that even though he's lost a lot of his athleticism he's still pretty good in the post because he's worked on it his whole career. Amare needs to do the same, develop a decent post up game and he'll prolong his career when he's Shaq's age. But as good as Shaq is, he should not be our main offensive weapon for our team. It's kinda like when teams were looking at the return of Shawn Kemp a few seasons ago, and Charkles Barkley put it the best, when he said that those teams must be so bad if they look at Kemp as a someone who could actually help those teams. Just like them, our team must be pretty damn poor if we're relying on Shaq as our main offensive weapon.

Did you just compare a fat, incredibly rusty Shawn Kemp to Shaq?

Shawn Kemp almost completely relied on his athleticism.

I agree that the offense needs to involve Amare more but having it run through Shaq certainly isn't a the worst thing we could do.

^ I meant that if a 38year old who has lost almost all his athleticism is our go-to guy, then yeah, we're bad.
