Why do Collison and Watson start?

For the life of me I can not figure out why these two are on this team.

They are the only two players to start every game!!!!!

Collison goes 0-7 last night and then he is the one that calls out the team in the locker room!?

Both these players need to be gone asap.

I'm ashamed to have Nick Collison on my team. If I recall correctly, he airballed two hooks from 3 feet.
