Guard Sasha Vujacic was able to scrimmage, despite tweaking his right ankle two nights ago in the loss to the Detroit Pistons. Vujacic missed nearly the entire exhibition season because of a sprained left ankle, suffered on the opening day of training camp.
Guard Derek Fisher was unable to complete practice because of discomfort in his rib area. Lakers coach Phil Jackson said it was a culmination of Fisher running into screens set by opposing players.
Forward Vladi Radmanovic suffered a contusion to his left thigh near the conclusion of Sunday’s practice and Jackson said, “it didn’t look good.”
maybe inserting ariza into the lineup?? maybe he can take off the same way drew did when kwame stacked it (ironically against chicago least season)
