expect a few PT for Gortat in this game. Howard + Gortat = a lot of muscle

I love it when Dwight plays JO. Dwight always scores big and JO always gets his turnaround jumpers blocked.

Hey! You stole my sig that Force made me!
I can't figure out how to get it to work at RealGM, it says the dimensions can't be determined?

I hope Calderon plays so that after he throws up that 3 finger after draining a 3, some Magic player comes up and knees him in the nuts, causing permanent damage.
Go Magic.
Doesn't Bosh average about 38 ppg against us on 85% shooting? Yeah, not looking forward to that.

Howard averaged near 26ppg after a single digit scoring game last year. The Raptors were a victim of one of those next games with 37/15.

I'm hoping for a good competitive game. If Jose doesn't play than we're in big trouble but Will Solomon played well as a starter last game, however this will be a bigger test for him than Miami.
I'm mostly scared of our perimeter defense and the fact that D12 is probably going to be extra motivated due to strugling last game. Our bigs will need to play great and our wings will need to not suck so much for the Raps to have any chance at winning.

Why you would want a Magic player to have permanent damage to one of his knees, after kneeing Calderon in his brass balls is beyond me...

And good luck tonight!
Must remember to turn the TV volume down. I hate the sound of Dwight's free throws clanging off the rim...

Re: RAPTORS @ MAGIC Nov. 18th 7 p.m.
Raps fun, jumping in.
Hope this one is a good game; I expect Dwight to pwn us, and that's love/hate; hate that he's doing it to my team (...again...and again...) but it's Dwight, so how can you not love it? Should be fun to watch Hedo, though, and Courtney Lee too, I hear he's doing pretty well.
Really though, I wanted to jump in because of the most hysterical story I have ever read, and because I didn't see a separate thread for it.
Marcin Gortat, pre-eminent dunk artist. You guys know about this, I'm sure, but it's in my sig.
"I'll take my payment in Euros" was an awesome line. Would have been better if Pietrus was American instead of French, but still.
Respect to Gortat, that was hysterical.

comment about the JO vs. D12 thing:
Obviously JO has absolutely no chance in stopping Howard. The key here is to not give easy second chance points--last year during the playoffs, Howard abused the Raptors with second chance points off missed shots by teammates/himself. With O'Neal, hopefully that can be diminished. Orlando should get the W on their court though, with or without Calderon.

I really enjoy some of you toronto fans. Brings more spirit and fun to the threads..I hope it stays clean though...Tsherkin, do you have a link to that story?
Anyway, as long as Pietrus does what he has been doing and Dwight doesn't struggle, we SHOULD win this..With a back up PG in though you never know with this team. Scrubs always find a way to destroy us.

Pietrus > Entire Raptors backcourt
He'll drop 25 and we'll win by 15+

Yeah, it's right here, near the bottom under 'Magic Beat.'

lol, that's great... And for his next trick, he's gonna stick a sticker to the very top of the backboard!
