Oh, right after he fouled out, Dwight told Bosh that it's ok for him to keep shooting, he'll get him in the next game.
A whole lot of pics tonight, not surprised.

LOL, if only Jameer was COMPLETELY out of the pic:

Anyone else notice this seems to be the Raptors fans go to point everytime? Didnt we hear the same thing in the playoffs before we beat em in there own building Game 4? Calderon or not the Raptors arent as good as everyone was claiming they would be. It showed 2nite, Bosh is the only guy on that team that can do anything offensivly. Calderon is gonna help out but when Bosh puts up 40/18 an you still lose by double digits your not in the same league as the opponent.

True, and yeh they had 21 to's, but we had 16. What really killed them is we shot 47% FROM 3 AND THEY SHOT like 17%.

we were a better team then you last year, and we are still a better team then you, any reason why you dont think so? we didnt play a good game, especially the first half, also pietrus did not play and we had jj redick as the starting 2 and still won by 10+..you guys are good, but the raptors havent proven as to why they are better, and a 3 game season series doesnt exactly dictate who is better..

Good game, I believe you guys are the better team with way more room for improvement, seems like you're still jelling out there.
Bosh is a beast.
Raps perimeter players are the worst in the league, no disputing that one... nobody to blame but management. Yeah we're better with Calderon playing the point but he doesn't even drive anymore and JN would still beat him off the dribble as much as he did Soloman or Ukic. Just feels like we're one amazing player or two half decent players away from being a contender and damn it's frustrating!

Anyway hats off to Magic, may the next game be equally entertaining but hopefully a million times less sloppy :)
we should sign AI so we can have a rapping raptor

Right...and if the tables were turned, Raptors fans wouldn't brag about beating the Magic? How about 4-1 in the playoffs last year? Can we not brag about that?

The Magic were missing one of their most productive players tonight and got little to no help from their bench. They played awful in the first half and despite the Raptors shooting the lights out, kept the game tied going into the 3rd quarter. Our starters turned it on just enough to handily beat you guys even though Bosh had the game of his life and Dwight had an off night, fouling out in the 4th. I wouldn't even say we played our game that well. The Raptors were just bad enough hand the Magic the victory. Take away Soloman's 7 TO's and the team's assist-turnover ratio is still less than 1 (12-14).

Imagine if somebody went over to the Raptors board before the game and said "tonight Mikael Pietrus is out with an injury, JJ Redick is going to get his first NBA start of his career after going 0-10 to start the season, Bosh is going to drop 40/18, O'Neal is going to play phenomenal defense on Dwight, D12 is going to foul out of the game, Turkoglu is going to have 6 points going into the 4th, the Magic will turn it over 16 times and shoot 45% for the game, both teams will attempt and make the same amount of free throws, the Raptors will out-rebound the Magic 44-37, and Toronto is still going to lose by 13." The Raptors board would probably be livid and people would say it's ridiculous. So sue us if we revel a bit in our team holding the upper hand in this heated rivalry.

My 7 yr old was very happy - JJ got in and scored - that's all he wanted

Arroyo was quick and made his shots. He was instant offense and had some nice passes every now and then. AJ = pure suckage.

AJ was terrible, but in the same mode as Carlos dribble, dribble, oops turned the ball over or take more shots forget your team mates. The Magic are better off without Carlos.

All of the starters for the Magic scored in double figures that includes Redick you missed that plus Raptors were not able to make a 3 point shot while Redick was on the court so he did what he was put out their for. The Raptors scored their two 3's when Bogans was out on the court and Redick was resting on the bench.
Bosh always gets his points against the Magic, Dwight seems to carry his close friendship with Bosh too far and forgets that on the court the friendship needs to stop and Howard needs to play like Bosh is the worst person on earth. Bosh seems to get that and that is why he does what he does to Howard on the court.
The Raptors lost because of second chance points by the Magic and all of their turnovers forced by the Magic defense.

Stop making up excuses, kid. Your team sucks outside of Chris Bosh, so just deal with it.

We didn't have Pietrus and he's a big part of our offense. Orlando was the better team last year, and they are the better team this year. Enjoy your 6th-7th seed.
