Scal steps up

Post#1 » by sox839 » Wed Nov 19, 2008 6:10 am

Scal had a great game for role player on both ends of the floor. If he had played throughout his time with the celtics the way he did tonight there would be much less criticism. All the shots he took with exception of his last one were good shots good quality looks. I hope he continues doing good.

^^I was saying the same thing last night, if he played like this as the rule and not the exception, maybe people would cheer for him more genuinely. I do have to say, good game for Scal and that 3 at the end was big...

I'm about the biggest Scal hater out there, but I gotta give the red head some credit for last night. Played some solid ball and drained that HUGE 3. Guy doesn't have to do anything else this year, I'm happy with him helping us win 1 game. In fact, why don't you just take a seat Scal and enjoy the best seat in the house. Thanks for the help though.

I thought that he got burned on Chandler's penetration repeatedly, but Doc Disagreed. He did prevent the 3 ball from raining quite so hard.

Great sub in the 4th.
