Was anyone else cringing when Perk took that hideous fallaway jumper that somehow incredibly banked in? If anyone here says they felt good about that shot before it went in, they're lying!

Hideous? That turn-around was as text-book and fundamental as it could be - you could tell he had been practicing - that was a patterned move borne out of repetition....I may not trust Perk with a lot of fall-away shots, but the shot was beautiful and well-executed...

Well his fallaway sure didn't remind me of any Bird or Jordan or Kobe or even Pierce shoots!

I think the result was nice but the act was pretty ugly.

Still, Perk played a great game...that block in the 4th was HUGE!
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

Well, that's because he's a center. He's actually made a pretty high percentage of those shots this season.

Perk is working hard on his overall offensive game and it will take him another couple years before he gets to be consistent.

Some of his shots look good, they won't fall, but with practice they will.

I just hope he keeps working hard until the last day of his career, otherwise he will be another blount.

Well he hasn't done any work on his moves around the basket as far as NOT DRIBBLING...I know I harp on it but MAN does it **** piss me off when he does that...it makes it so much harder for him...he could easily average 12 ppg if he cut that **** out...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

YOU KNOW WHO I VOTED

BIG PERK !!!!1

I'm tellin yall, Perk might not be the prettiest, (but how about that fadeaway off the glass against the double team, wow)...but like Big Daddy Kane his theme should be "I Get the Job Done (I work)".

Without Perk, no championship, outstanding interior defense, he really helps KG as much as KG helps him (well not quite as much but almost)

Perk and KG = best interior defense combo in the NBA.

It isn't that simple and it drives me nuts as well. If you get a chance to watch the game again Perk did get his shot block by 5'9" Nate Robinson going straight up with the ball because the big fella just does not get a ton of lift, it is actually pretty amazing he is such a good shot blocker. He is able to jump higher and better protect the ball if he gathers himself, he also gets it stolen.

He would probably be better served learning to use the rim to protect the ball simliar to what Big Baby does but he is so damn long he shouldn't have to. Perhaps working on dunking with one hand. But right now he is just getting swatted.
