I agree, when you suck, its often the best thing possible, to maximize your suckitude to get rid of dead weight and add the best possible assets. Only absolute crap tends to justify the occasional house cleanings needed to fix a franchise, in our case, unfortunately only a great man's death will fix the problems and i obviously can't cheer that. All I'll say is that if we continue to play like shite, we'll probably unload at least one bad contract and one bad coach and get hopefully a quality draft pick.

It's basically the same team as last year (nitpicky equivalency arguments aside) and it's playing significantly worse than last year. That's EJ's fault.
Help us, Obi-wan Leonsis. You're our only hope.

So McGee is "basically the same" as Brendan Haywood? Or is that nitpicking to say there's an appreciable difference?

It's more than nitpicky to say Etan plus Mcgee is so much fricking worse than bh that we're going to go from a 45 win to a 15 win team. That is fricking preposterous.

There is no sense arguing with you if you can't read. I said Etan + McGee + no AD + sucky DS + a worse Blatche + no Mason is so much worse than the team we had last year.

Hey Doc,

Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, when I paste the address in and hit submit, the site says "url specified is invalid." Do you know what I'm doing wrong? I'd love to use BobbyD's pic as my avatar. He is my all-time favorite Bullets player.

don't argue with me if you can't read. I said this is the same team as last year. The fact that DS sucks worse this year and blatche took a step back this year doesn't matter -- the team has the same personnel that it had last year and it is doing worse. I'll give you AD being injured. still doesn't come out to thirty wins!!!

It's excuse after excuse. If I told some of you EJ supporters that we would be 1-8 at this point this season, you'd call the paddy wagon for me. We've lost Gil and Wood, but there's no excuse to be the worst team in the Conference. San Antonio's winning with a hobbled Duncan.

That fact that DS and Blatche suck this year don't matter?

Your argument makes no sense. We have the same coach, same offense, and same defensive schemes as last year. The only difference between last year and this year IS the players on the court AND the quality of their play.

Your argument makes no sense. We have the same coach, same offense, and same defensive schemes as last year. The only difference between last year and this year is the players still suck at defense and EJ has not been able to teach Blatche anything and he cannot get as much out of the same players on offense, probably because they are starting to tune him out?
