Oh sorry, Big Baby picked snaq up above his head and slammed him while he was in college at LSU, snaq used to go back to visit and they were wrestling (I believe on a mat) one day...snaq has a quote saying something like "i won't mess with him" or something.
Baby is ill yo

Shaq vs. Big Baby
By Patrick Parker
ESPN.com
BOSTON -- Ever hear about the 15-year-old who body-slammed Shaquille O'Neal?
The guy who did it was a Big Baby then, too.
Glen Davis had another memorable moment against O'Neal when he ripped a rebound out of his elder's hands Wednesday night in Boston's 20-point victory over Phoenix, some seven years after the body-slam moment the two big men still remember today.
That day in the summer of 2001, in a backyard of an academic elder's house on the campus of LSU, Davis found himself staring at the player he idolized. On a mutual whim, the two began wrestling.
And the winner was clear when Davis, completely unintimidated, shocked the Diesel by lifting and slamming the 7-foot-1, 350-pounder to the ground.
O'Neal had a laugh while recalling the moment, but it clearly left an impression -- and it helped Davis get introduced to Dale Brown, then LSU's coach. Davis, still small in comparison with O'Neal's girth, matched up numerous times with Shaq on Wednesday and -- with a little help from the rest of the Celtics -- had the upper hand again.
"I just threw him down. It was two friends wrestling in the backyard and I won," said Davis, who made it clear that he wasn't nearly the size he is today when that match happened.
Still, he has a story from his teenage years that no other former 15-year-old can top.

luls is the term made popular by computer hackers (who i am not, my use of it is a mockery of them sort of like the scalabrine chant, because they are funny and pathetic).
luls = multiple lol's or something, basically it's just a different version of lol, or multiple lols.
don't ask me ask the hackers...but be careful....you're welcome for the luls.

what else would you like explained, it's pretty straight forward, although i spelt "cheek" wrong, and shortened trying to into tryina.
I type like I talk, never been one who respected the english language although i do have quite a mastery of it, I like to make it better and more efficient, if you can't understand you should probably go through some de-programming, detach from the matrix...don't think in black and white.
English is not perfect so why try to make it that way ?
why would there be a "b" in debt, a "k" in knoll for example.
a study was done in which ebonics of all languages was found to have made the english language more efficient in many cases.
I think college brainwashes people in some ways, they can't think outside the box after graduation, they think they've been taught everything they need to know, i just shake my head and try to help them improve as people, which in turn may help me improve "UBUNTU!!"

ok buddy u sure 1 upped me, i guess i need a late pass.
I'm sure some people haven't heard about it yet, think about stoopid, wouldn't they like know, there's new fans joining the C's all the time.
However, if you actually read the thread, you might have realized that this information is not actually the point of the topic.
My point is that the Celtics are letting these goons get up in their face...they choose to simply embarass them through their play, which is respectable, but i feel like we definetly can't let this happen throughout the season.
It wears on guys when you let other teams goons continue to be overly physical game after game, we need someone on our team to step up and get REAL PHYSICAL AND BULLYISH with the Kenyon Martin's, the Artests, and even weak wannabe thugs like randolph and q rich.
You gotta let people know if they're physical with you they will get it right back, even more intense.
Baby can punk anyone in the league, even artest doesn't want it with baby.
I would definetly like to see him guard Kenyon Martin, that cheap plastic goon k-mart does not want it with baby straight up and down.
So, this thread was to inform the uninformed as well as a suggestion: that we not let punks like k-mart push us around or it will start to become a trend, which can drain the teams energy.
Some nights the refs are going to let the other teams be very physical with the C's...and we have the players to return that physicality to a higher degree, we need to utilize that ability with Baby, Perk, even Powe.
I think Doc puts restraints on guys sometimes, he's always about "doing the right thing" but showing your toughness has always been part of the NBA, you can't let teams be more physical then you.
Doc is doing a great job since the playoffs last year, really has developed into a more then solid Head Coach, credit to Tom as well, but Rivers has impressed me every since he thoroughly outcoached Phil Jackson, he's continued this year, I like how he works the refs too...his subs and combination of different linueps are getting better all the time.

Re: Big Baby picked up SNAQ OVER HIS HEAD AND SLAMMED HIM !
^^I agree with what you're saying. However, I think some of the guys, especially Perk, are letting the chipiness get to them. Perk recently said he loves how intense it gets and picking up all those T's, but Doc is actually quite pissed at him about it (see RedsArmy.com for the whole story). I want to see them stand their ground, no doubt, but to hold their heads up high and not lower themselves to the level of, say, the Knicks, when doing it.
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

I definetly agree we can't lower ourselves to the knicks level, I'm not talking about throwing blows...but these teams are getting REALLY physical with the C's...because they are jealous, and know they are not as good of a team, so they want to cling to the idea that "we're tougher then them on the streetz" childish nonsense.
So I'm not talking extra-curricular fighting stuff, but during play Baby for instance could really body up on some of these goons and shove them around like they're doing to us, and commit a hard flagrant foul now and then if warranted.
That hard offensive foul from Bogut was not called a flagrant for instance, he purposely brought his hands down to hit KG in the face...I'm glad KG responed, alot of times we don't, it was probably the wrong way.
My idea is wait until you're on defense, if they commit an extremely hard foul then give it right back to them on the other end, twice as hard, who cares if you get a flagrant, we need to start setting the precedent that we respond to any physical play of opposing teams goons with our own.
I'm in Agreement with Perk on this one.
What do you think ?

Sports allow competition and the settling of disputes WITHOUT violence. So the point that the Knicks could take the C's in a streetfight (debatable) is not really important. Do I think KG is "tough" IRL? Of course not - the guy is a string bean. But he is tough on the court and that's what counts.
PP and the rest aren't teasing the Knicks ability to fight - they are teasing them with regards to beating them at hoops. The fact that Knicks confuse this issue points to some really unintelligent players on that team..

Re: Big Baby picked up SNAQ OVER HIS HEAD AND SLAMMED HIM !
uhh, KG is definetly tough in real life, I'd take him in a fight against artest, KG would go psycho and rip him apart.
Trust me, being skinny doesn't mean you can't whoop ass, especially if you have that wiry type of strength where looks are deceiving.
There is no WAY the knickerbockers take the CELTICS in a streetfight.
BIG PERK, BABY, AND POWE alone could take the entire team.
Pierce is no slouch, he's been stabbed 9 times in the face after he kicked a guy's ass and he walked himself like 20 blocks to the hospital, bleeding to death.
However, when did I advocate violence ?
I love how people read the threads before replying.
Returning a hard foul, or getting physical in the same manner as other teams on the defensive end does not equate to violence, son.
We have the ability to return the physicality of other teams two-fold, and should be utilizing this, Big Baby is a great player to get the job done, and he plays better when he really gets into the game and gets intense.

Yeah, this is old news. They also mentioned in during on the the games vs. the Suns(or the Heat). Davis was 15 years old at the time.
Davis is a strong dude, but for some reason he has become soft by not going inside anymore. Davis has now mainly become a jump shooter . He was more effective around the basket. He got to the line more, and while he gets some shots blocked, he is good around the basket and uses either hand to score.

I definetly agree with your last comment, the knicks collective IQ is extremely low.
Duhon seems to have a bit more intellect, David Lee is not bad.

There's a hosptal less than 50ft from the club where he got poked at.
That's the only issue I got with this epic thread you got going. Otherwise keep up the good work, you're making work bearable(well that and the red bull and vic 20min ago).

Re: Big Baby picked up SNAQ OVER HIS HEAD AND SLAMMED HIM !
Perkisabeast, I agree we could get more physical...teams are taking out frustrations on us and it is getting old. And I agree, if KG wasn't even ejected for his smack of Bogut (who should have been suspended as well) then HOW does it warrant suspension? It doesn't...another "stick it to the Celtics" moment from Stern and Co at NBA Headquarters.
And r2g, I agree, Davis takes WAY too many jumpers...he needs to utilize his biggest asset (his bulk) and get down low!

It's old news, but who cares, the fact that it's old news is old news so why bring it up ? lol, people trying to 1 up me, what are we in college trying to impress the professor ??
look, i've been lurking, i registered because i like you dudes - your posts are alright, so stop nitpicking mine, I mentioned this obviously "old news" to backup my point that Baby needs to be more physical, more of an enforcer: he is extremely strong, stronger then he looks even... Do you KNOW how much SNAQ weighs ?
BABY was 15 at the time, WOW !!!1
That warrants repeating MULTIPLE TIMES.
I'll probably make another thread about this in a few months, then it will be even older news and your complaining will be EVEN OLDER.
Younger generation C's fans are always coming into the fold, it's not all about us old fogies who have been watchin since the 80's, this is pertinent information even if some already have heard.
I also agree with you, Davis was more effective when he went inside more offensively, he got his shot blocked alot even then, but he didnt' care, he was persistent, would go after his misses or blocked shot put em right back in.
I remember when i was pissed at Baby last season for taking Leon's minutes, haha, i was cursing out doc for giving the rook much more run then POWE...I think we actually pressured Doc so much we made him play Powe more, which was great, I knew Leon would have one of the best post games in the NBA.

He is strong but has short arms and little lift. In the NBA he has trouble finishing around the hoop. It's much the same problem as Walker had. We always had to listen to - if only Walker had gone inside more. It wouldn't have worked. It's not going to work with Baby. When he does hit an inside hoop its often a very difficult shot.
