He's definitely said to be available - but his health is a major question. He'll be able to walk onto the court but whether he can still produce $66 million worth of talent is being questioned.

True ...the PF part.

Belinnelli is probably available. Crawford or Maggette ( actually much more SF than SG) could be available near deadline. Morrow or Azubuike? Won't come cheap. Problem is they ARE cheap contracts and GSW does not have a lot of "generic cap fill" types. GSW sees Morrow + Azubuike as 2 LOTTO picks they got for nothing but luck.....which is ironic since their actual rd 1 picks have yet to have similar success.

Ellis? The only way he's available is if there's definite lasting damage. If that were so they can void his contract. However, were "lasting Damage" likely....the doctors would have not said at the outset he'd be back around late December, and at this point, they'd likely have tried a second procedure or suggested he could be out all year. He may not be full speed till March, but the team won't hit the panic button in advance. The Thunder are not gonna offer Durant...so for all practical purposes Ellis is not available
