simons was actually useful, made some jumpshots and the pass, Jason Kidd style, overall great dunk and game by carter

in the words of the gret Lil Wayne and Jay-z, "Mr.Carter were have you been? they been searchin they been askin"

Vince Carter " In New Jersey. They know"

this one killed all rap fans, with all the booing, VC owns the raptors...

vc4pres, I am going to call a truce right now, because I have no intention of railroading this thread. If you want to have a discussion on a separate thread, though, I'm more than welcome to entertain it.

ANYWAY, I'm so proud of Vince, not only for the dunk, but for his perseverance in this tough early season game. Calderon had gotten the best of Devin mentally in the 4th quarter (IMO), and we really needed Vinsanity at its best. He delivered, bigtime.

I think Rich was trying to be funny but trying to shed some truth at the same time...Southern rap has its niche, and its place and has grown over the years...but when you look at the list of some of the above rappers, you know where they're from , but thats not what you think of first...In Lil Wayne's case thats not the situation...

Here's my spin on southern rap... as much as maybe people outside of the dirty south, may not get or appreciate southern rap as much as southerners do, I know people from the south who definitely enjoy and appreciate rappers outside of their area as much as they do their own...at the very least, there is always one or two...
