Five reasons why LeBron will stay in Cleveland...

Post#1 » by drewd » Wed Nov 26, 2008 4:52 am

Five reasons why LeBron will stay in Cleveland

1st, he just build his 30 million dollar dream house in Akron

2nd, he made 40 million in adornments, 2nd most for all professional athletes behind Tiger, Will be number 1 this year because tiger just lost Gm.

3rd, he is from Akron and all his family and friends are there

4th, If he went to NJ or NY his surrounding cast will be terrible like his 2nd year with the Cavs, He is on a championship team right now that had extreme depth, why change?

5th, People say he'll be bigger in NJ or NY! But LeBron is already is a global icon; it’s like someone saying Mike Jordan would have been more popular if he went to NJ or NY?

1st, you're a troll.

2nd, learn how to spell.

3rd, I'm from Jersey, I'll kick your a**.

4th, If he came to NJ in 2 years, his cast would be scary good.

5th, people say you're a troll and this post is pointless.
People say I'll be bigger when I see your mom naked, but it's like saying that mayonaise is good on pasta, is it really true?

1) TONS of players live and work in different cities

2) Tiger won't be a free agent for long

3) Kobe is from Philly and all his family lives there, but Kobe plays in LA

4) You have ZERO front court depth. Z/Andy/Ben are all fine that is nothing to proclaim as incredible depth. It's not really like Lorenzo Wright was a highly prized free agent either. I love Hickson but he's a few years away from being a factor.

5) Michael Jordan was in the #3 market in the US. Cleveland is not even a top 5. Hell it's not even a top 10. How old are you. Have you taken a marketing course or international economics course to back anything up?

Simply your an uneducated troll. You have to be like 15 and will cry into your pillow when Lebron becomes a Knick.

Why are you harassing us Nets fans when it's clear he'll be a Knick in 2010? Why don't you sound ignorant about global markets on a board of the team you're actually gonna lose Lebron to. Good luck with the acne child, it'll clear up soon. Sadly, stupidity is harder to get rid of.

I doubt Lebron leaves Cleveland (UNLESS the Cavs play terrible for the next year or two), but the fact that you started this thread means that you're mad insecure bro.

My favorite thing about Lebron's free agency status is how Cleveland fans get angry when people talk about the situation... Even though they're the ones who talk about it the most.

That's simply not true. The media brings up dozens of new LBJ to Knicks/Nets/anywhere but Cleveland each week, and it's still over 1.5 years away. People think that Cavs fans are insecure and extremely worried, but the reality is they're quite content with how their team is looking right now and if anything are just incredibly annoyed and fed up with ESPN & NY media having nothing else to talk about besides LBJ's supposed "guaranteed" departure. I think very few fan bases have any idea what Cavs fans are going through right now - hearing this same crap over and over again gets quite old. Fortunately Cavs fans have a 14-3 start to this season & an overall team chemistry and camaraderie that has never been seen in Cleveland before to fall back on.

Well write letters to the sports writers? Tell your boys not to come troll the crap out of our board. Most of us only think/thought we had a 30% chance anyway of landing Lebron. The few Cavs fans that come here and spat (Please Use More Appropriate Word) comments to us makes us think your whole fan base is insecure.

Oh and Charles Barkley was 100% correct...tell Lebron to shut his damn mouth. He's feeding the fire 438903890375902 times more than any sports writer or Net/Knick fan has done in the last few months.

He's just a stupid ballboy.. he doesn't even post on the Cavs board so i don't even know if he is a Cavs fan.

Do you really think that writing letters to the sports writers would do anything? lol like really man? And yes, i agree, lebron does need to shut up..

Lol nah man a sports writer wouldn't give two craps. I'm just making the point this kid needs to quit annoying us about it. To my knowledge, I don't know of any guys on the Nets board that goes to the Cavs board so it just kinda irked me.

Unfortunately, sports writers will write what sells. Lebron sells. Therefore, sports writers will write about Lebron. It gives a skewed view of who true Net fans are really about and that we always assumed Lebron was going to be a Net in 2010....on the other hand, whatever they say about Knick fans are 100% true. lol j/k I do know a few rational Knick fans.
