Here's my contribution



It's a little complicated, but that's the flex offence. This scheme I think is perfect for the Raptors because of all the shooters we have on this team...bigs included.

I numbered how the plays go and the skinny numbers are the players.

-Bosh comes up to the 3 point line to accept a pass from Jose if the pass is there
-JO sets a pick for Bargnani to cut across to the opposite post position.
-JO then waits for Calderon to set a pick for JO so he takes the ball at the top.
-AP on the far wing does the same thing as AB once the play is refreshed

The main thing with this offence is everybody is moving. I wouldn't run this all game, but at certain times.

This is just one example of the triangle offence, also known as the triple post offence. Something I think the Raptors can easily run and copy from the Lakers.

-the point guard (1) passes to small forward (3), and then makes an inside cut toward the corner
-it's clear how the "triangle" opens up a clear passing lane for the small forward (3), with an easy angle to pass into the post, or "post feed" the center
-The Screen Away: The small forward (3) passes to the post and then screens away for the power forward (4), who is looking for short jumper, as the point guard (1) makes back door cut along baseline.
