Gore said that he plans to play next season at 210 pounds. Gore got the idea to shed a few pounds from San Diego's LaDainian Tomlinson. "When I went to the Pro Bowl, I asked L.T. how I could stay fresh during the year..." Gore said. "He told me he had played at 220 before, but he played at 215 this past year. He told me how he ate healthy all through the year, and I am going to try and do the same thing. I think I can probably finish my runs better at that weight." espn

He lost his breakaway speed after the two torn acls. Not much he can do about that.

I remember Jerry Rice was the craziest with this stuff...he would play around with his bf%'s like a mad-man.

Jerry also played around with some petite masseuses in Chinatown. Hard to say what the main contributing factor was, in retrospect.

in mountain view, which is a lot closer to his home. actually half way between his home and 9ers training facilities.
