The way our point guards are playing (defensively).. I don't think it would hurt adding another guard in, just to see if they can fair a little better. Marbury has never been a defensive player.. but that's how bad Fisher and Farmar's inability to defend is hurting us right now.

That said, I would pass. Our team chemistry is too good right now.

If we want to add a defenivse PG then call the thunder to see if Earl Watson is available, and he has a shorter contract to boot.

No way. Teams normally take chances on cancers like this once they've started winning titles, the team normally can play through anything at that point. So to take a chance to defend a title is much different than taking that same chance when you are trying to get your 1st crown (with the current team)

I don't see any reason for the Lakers to go after Marbury...y'all have good chemistry, and you shouldn't play with it THAT much. Many teams experiment with "troubled" players, but I think Steph would be better off elsewhere.
