Post#1 » by VCRJKidd15 » Sun Nov 30, 2008 2:24 am

Ok my first question is if your in the upper levels and since its so empty up there that you can kill someone and get away with it are you allowed to move down to a different seat? Also for all you can eat night against the wolves friday thats available for everyone right?

Do they still have German and Polish sausages at the games? That's what I always threw down when I went. If that was in the deal, I am pretty sure I could throw down at least 15...3 per quarter, 1 pre-game, 2 at halftime.

That should actually be a really entertaining game.

Randy Foye coming back home.

I wish we could trade for him as our backup PG/SG to play about 30mpg.

I'd rather have JR Smith over Foye every day of the week. I actually like Foye, but there is not a guy on our roster (other than Ager) that I'd be willing to trade for Foye. On the other hand, I'll give Sean or Josh up for JR.

You're crazy.
I'd give up Boone and Sean for Foye.

Call me crazy. Not a chance in hell am I giving up either of them for Foye. I said I liked him, and yes it'd clear up the logjam in our front court, but Foye is not even on the list of guys that would be worth giving either up for. He was on a garbage team last year and still didn't do a thing with his time to make me change my mind.

He was injured last year, but had a beastly 2nd half.

Let's not start becoming like PDX fans that overvalue all of their player's trade value, under value everyone else's players and then not want to give to get.

Sean has a world of potential and good size and he is young, but he hasn't shown the ability to translate that to anything very positive.

Boone is a very solid big man that can be a great career big minute backup or a starter next to an offensively gifted center(see Lopez) if he can simply catch passes and finish.

That said, Foye star potential and more likely looks like he can be a 6xth man of the year candidate type, year in and year out if he can bring it all together.

So I don't think it is a bad swap.

Obviously this is just my opinion and you are entitled to yours, just trying to sway you a bit, though.

Foye is still coming into his own...I'd throw Boone and Ager at them possibly...I dunno...not completely sold on R. Foye...I agree to certain extent on Sean, he really hasnt translated into anything yet...you know what he can do good, but there are grey areas...Has he caught an alley oop yet? IMO at times, he looks too worried about making a mistake on the court...just play bro...

I am starting to have second thoughts about Foye and the reason being, I believe is he is a RFA this offseason.
He probably wants to start, first off, 2nd if he starts playing really good again, with the somewhat limited FA class this year, some team may throw some decent scratch at him to try and snag him as their starting point.
With our plans and the fact he won't start here, these things do not add up.

On a side note, I'd like to give a shout out to Fairmount ave. and South 15th. :peace:

What? Did someone say something? :dontknow:

crickets...................

Seriously though, for the most part you can.
In my experience, don't make a big stink about it, just do it when the guys in the red jackets aren't paying a lot of attention.
Some of them could give a :censored: some of them are hard ons and think they are some kind of glorified seat police.
Once in a great while, when the arena was really empty, they would announce over the PA at halftime that everyone can move down to the obvious empty seats in the lower level.
This seems to happen in really inclement weather.

I personally used to be an ace at sneaking into the primo lower level seats no matter what game and it was usually my scared punk friends that would get me caught, with there guilty looking mugs and suspect walking motions, looking like a crackhead with a VCR stuck in his pants at Best Buy on Christmas Eve.

Go for the gold, we regularly used to find ourselves 2-5 rows behind the folding chairs or the metal floor sections.

That was till I manned up and got season tickets the one year when thet ran the less then half price lower level seats.
Those were the days. :tooth
