TJ is having a career year.

This is just an FYI thread. The mistake of keeping Benson over Jones has been erased thanks to the pickup up Forte, so this isn't one of those DAMMIT PAX... I mean ANGELO thread. I'd just like to give props to one of my favorite Bears.

He's got 233 carries for 1088 yards, 11 TDs, to go with 27 catches for 161 yards and 2 TDs. Nice numbers through 12 for the 30 year old.

Always liked him and always thought he would be better than Benson. Amazing that Angelo could have the foresight to pick him up, but not to keep him. :P But Forte is doing pretty damn well, and since he was a 2nd round pick, Jerry made up for that blunder IMO.
2024: Maybe there's some hope?

With the addition of Favre and that revamped offensive line, Thomas Jones could only improve from last year's performance. He did rush for 1,100 yds in '07 but had all of 1 rushing TD.

Good to see him having a good year.
Turn down for what?

In all honesty, the Jets have a really good offensive line.

Now I don't think I can say the same about the Bears...
