lets bring back boki, to nj, he is better than simmons, and hayes, has starter capibility, is comfortable with the system, and can be a decent starting sf, plus he did nice filling in for RJ, i think his euro contract allows him to leave for the NBA anytime
what do u guys think?...

Re: Boki
I was so down on Boki last season. One of the only bench players I might want from last season back is probably Antoine Wright...their version, not ours and only because we're not that deep on the 2 position. I'm happy with Jarvis though.

^^^ Rich I was just thinking yesterday as I was watching the Lakers vs. Mavs game that I wish we had THAT Antoine Wright. And I agree that if one of our SGs goes down, we have no depth there.

HELLLLL NOOOOO...sorry that Antoine Wright didnt come around too often...and though he was good a defender, many fans overrated his defense blowing him up as a defensive specialist...that project was finished for me...along with the reminder of Granger...damn it...you reminded me again...

Well like we were saying...Dallas's version. I'm not too off on the Granger situation. With his knee problems, we didn't even work out the guy I believe. Wright was our guy that year. It could've been worse...we could've ended up with Joey Graham.

try no version...sorry Rich...glad to see him go...and as far as Granger, his injury was never made to believe it was all that serious...I think the Nets were shocked that he was available and went with who they were set on...I'd take a one legged Granger over Wright any day (purely based on skill coming out of college)...we forget too fast...In a Nets uni, he salvaged himself with some defense...never mind outside shots, do you forget how many layups the guy would miss or the mistakes...or what about how he played hot potatoe with ball, passing up open shots...I hope he has twice the career in Dallas...he wasnt going to do it in jersey...

Re: Boki
I loved boki, he had one solid year with us. I think he's good energy off the bench, but just cost too much than what we were willing to pay. I agreed with management the whole time. Love the guy and his heart, but he was not wear near consistent enough to get paid how much we wanted. It was not much, but a lot of role players see guys of their caliber get good deals in lackluster free agent years and figure they deserve that much too.

It's not like Toine is blowing up in Dallas. He's still as inconsistent as he was with the Nets. I mean, the guy had DNPCD's before he had that big game.
