I hope this dude is alright.
Always was one of my favorite players and even if he might have never lived up to full expectations while on our team, still loved watching him hit those threes.
He was taken by helicopter to the hospital, hope it was more because of the distance he was from the hospital then the severity of the injury.

Re: Rodney Rogers Hurt in ATV Crash
It is reported that he is paralyzed from the shoulders down.
This is truly sad.
I never met him, but from all the comments on that article, he sounded like a really genuine good guy, which is hard enough to be in life in general, let alone most of these professional athletes are egotistical prima donnas.
I hope this is just temporary like a few of the recent football injuries.
If anyone can overcome this and make as close as a full recovery as possible it sound like it would be Rodney.
My thoughts go out to him.
Get well, good dude.

Re: Rodney Rogers Hurt in ATV Crash
It's very sad for me to read as well. Rodney seemed to be a great guy during his brief tenure with the Nets and did nothing but performed his job to the best of his abilities. I can only hope he recovers as time persists but it was very difficult reading this article.
