I say fact; there are at least three quality teams atop the NFC and they'll have staying power.

FOF: The Cleveland Browns will go 8-8 this year.

Fiction. I have no doubt they helped themselves in the first two rounds of the draft... but three positions where rookies traditionally struggle are LT, QB and CB. Thomas, Quinn and Wright will help in time, but not right away.

Fact or fiction: Randy Moss will "get religion" under Bill Belichick and return to being a dominant receiver.

Fact, the Jets overall got better but last year they benefitted from a very easy schedule and this year it looks like their schedule got harder.

Fact, ravens' defense is the best in the league. steelers are traditional powerhouse. bengals offense is still awesome and the browns improved alot from the draft. so yeah, it is the hardest division in the nfl.

fiction. tom brady will distribute the ball nicely and i don't see anyone on the patriots reaching the 1000 receiving yards. i say moss gets 800 yards and 7 TD.

face or fiction: rex grossman will finally have a consistent season.

The Patriots always have a balanced passing/running game. They haven't had a 1000 reciever in 6 or so years. Plus the WR core has tremendous depth

Fiction. The Falcons will squeeze out 8 wins despite having Joey Harrington at QB. Vick will lead his team to the Penal League championship and perhaps beat the prison guards in a reenactment of "The Longest Yard."

fiction. seahawks will win the nfc west again and the niners will have another 7-9 season. niners are still a year or two away from being an actual contender.

fact or fiction: donovan mcnabb will have a healthy year and starts every game.
