Except for long time consistent vets at punter and kicker, these specialists remind me of relief pitchers in baseball, erratic as hell. That said, unless a punter is just terrible, they aren't overly important.

For example, without looking it up, try naming any of the punters on any of the last 5-10 Super Bowl winners.

Kapinos is a lefty, i thought that was interesting. You don't see too many lefty punters.

Hasn't that been theorized as being the cause for a number of muffed punts? Because of the opposite spin? Wouldn't mind getting one of those gifted to us vs. the Bears or something.

The whole lefty punter causing muffed punts was one reason Sherman used in drafting BJ Sander, i don't remember it causing a single muffed punt.
