I think going for it on 4th down at the 1 yard line was the right choice. Obviously it doesn't look good now but at the moment I agreed with Lovie. But what a horrid call. Why run it up the middle against one of the best defensive lines in football? Do a freaking playaction or toss it to Forte.

The only call I was extremely pissed about was the 3rd down goal line play. OK, so the fullback quick dive worked once or twice with Jason McKie early in the year. Since then, it gets stuffed every time.

So Turner decides to run it against the best DT tandem in the league with some backup fullback we just signed off the practice squad? Give the Damn ball to your money maker, Forte, at least then they stopped your best. I don't even know the name of that F'ing fullback we decided to give the ball to on the goalline.

I was fine with going for it on 4th, and even the dive to Forte. Hell at least with Forte you have a chance, they just blew it up.

Just give it to Forte 3 (or 4) times up the middle when you're at the one...

Funny you should ask, because that's exactly how I'm feelin'

I think we beat the southern team & the dome team with Forte' getting in excess of 120 combined yards in both games. The GB game will be for 1st place as the Vikings will lose 4 straight.

So, I have bears closing out 4-0. :o Any takers? I'll bet Chewie's screen name on it!

You enjoy that boat ride, I'll stay on the shore. FYI, there's like 9 holes in your boat. Start bailing out the water!

There can only be 4 holes in my boat thank you very much. Plenty of chewing gum and scotch tape to shore up any would be leaks my friend.
Is Chris Williams going to play this year or is this just another one of Angelo's wonderful 1st round picks?
I thought I saw Williams get in on the 3rd/4th down plays at the goal line where we eventually ended up getting stuffed. Maybe I'm wrong but not a good first couple plays to start his NFL career.
