Forte is a must start against Jacksonville. As for the second spot, I'm leaning towards Brandon Jacobs. Both should be solid starters, with the possibility of blowing up.

Here's mine:

McNabb @ Giants
Delhomme vs. Bucs
Thigpen @ Denver

Normally, Thigpen would be the guy based on match-up, but Denver's performance last week kind of makes me worry a bit. Still, IMO, he's the best match up out of those three.

I would go Thigpen, though Delhomme has been pretty good at home. I'm hoping Thigpen does bad though because I'm playing someone who is starting him in the playoffs vs me, so for me to pick him must mean he's your best option ;)

I would go with Thigpen as well because he's the only one not facing a brutal defense.

I have three spots for Portis, Westbrook, Steven Jackson, and Lendale White. Who to sit?

I would pick to sit Portis or Jackson....westbrook seems to be back doing well and White has the best matchup.

Mavfan...I chose to go with Forte and Jacobs out of forte, jacobs and addai....you agree? I chose Jacobs because overall he has been more consistant than Addai...even with a worse matchup.

first round of the playoffs this week in my PPR league. I need to choose 1 of these three RB's:

Jamal Lewis @ Tenn
Warrick Dunn @ Car
Maurice Morris vs NE

1 point per catch 1 piont per 10 yards rushing/receiving and 6 point per TD

That's tough. I might go with Dunn since he's been most consistent.

hermes, I'd start Reggie Wayne and either Donald Driver or T.O. but think between Driver and T.O. I'd start Driver only because T.O. is facing Pittsburgh's defense and it's supposed to be snowing in Heinz field.

My tough sit or start is which defense I should play...Dallas@Pittsburgh or NyJets@SF
TE's: Heath Miller or Dallas Clark
RB2: Mewelde Moore or Chester Taylor

I agree with that. Forte's been so consistent all year and Jacobs is ridiculous when healthy which I think he is.

Oh god, I sat DeAngelo thinking he was due for a bad game against that good Bucs defense. I think benching him might just have cost me a playoff spot.

Heh, I was the highest scoring team in my league and I'm sitting at home. Two Carolina Panthers did me in, both when I played the "match-up" rather than the player. First was when I sat McNabb against the Giants and played Delhomme against the Raiders. Jake proceeded to garner me a very nice -17 points. My team lost by 3 that week.

Then this week, I played Larry Johnson against Denver over DeAngelo against TB. Needless to say, another move that proved to be a major blunder. DeAngelo would have won me last week's matchup.
